It appears that the CCCWA contacted our agency last night and would like an application letter. When our agency contacted them a few weeks ago to verify what was need to send that was not one of the items. So I've already sent the agency a scanned and notarized copy. The director is contacting CCCWA tonight in hopes that they will proceed with our file. It will take at least a week before China receives a hard copy of our letter because we have to send it all the way through the authentication process.
Praying for good news in the morning. The agency is also asking for an update as it has been almost 8 months since our last update. :(
